regulations

  • I do all sorts of RP from A to Z with a hefty dose of E, but it's not required or even really sought out at most times.

  • I enjoy dark themes in fiction as long as the story is engaging, so please don't be afraid of running something in particular by me. The worst I can say is no and I appreciate the same respect!

  • No Grimdark Without Party Hats! If things are getting so dark or dramatic that it's causing IRL stress to the writers, I enjoy and encourage throwing something in to break up the tension. I try to keep a healthy balance of seriousness and comedy in my writing.

  • Multishipping is something I'll do; relationships can either be in their own timelines, separate, or the characters can have open relationships. Most of my characters are polyamorous but communication with writers is key here.

  • I keep IC and OOC separate as much as possible. Just because characters may be romantically involved doesn't mean we are.

  • Transphobia, homophobia, racism (whether IC or OOC), death of my character, permanent injury or dismemberment (unless discussed first) or RP of any sort with minors will not be tolerated. An exception to the last one may be made for public RP events and venues where I have no control over this.

Gwyn comes from the reclusive, highly superstitious and secretive Mahina clan of Keepers of the Moon. At a young age she showed a talent for healing and sorcery and was taken in to be trained as a Wisdom - the clan's name for a healer or advisor. When she came of age she opted to go out into the wider world to hone her knowledge and gain more experience.As a result, she's quite secretive of her origins as the clan is considered somewhat enigmatic even among Keepers. Some of her behaviours may be off-putting to the average person as a result.As a Priestess of Menphina, Gwyn's day in and day out deals with love, and she considers it her duty to go out in the world for the sake of it. She makes her living mostly by offering advice and counsel to lovers going through hard times, or counseling those seeking love in order to find it, which she's rather skilled and effective in even if she finds the penchant for monogamy that non-Miqo'te often practice to be both baffling and offputting.In combat, the Mahina are known to be fierce and somewhat terrifying - and Gwyn is no exception. Even her healing comes with a stinging edge, but those who have worked with her would cite great respect for her methods. One must take the pain to appreciate the pleasure of life after all. TRIVIA.  (OOC knowledge only unless she reveals this to your characters.)

  • She loves Triple Triad, being considered something of a card sharp. Her ability with the cards is pure skill and practice, and she'll rebut any insinuation otherwise. Emphatically.

  • She's strictly polyamorous and the line between friends and lovers can at times be so blurry as to be nonexistent, and she genuinely loves and cherishes them all.

  • She's a bit of a nudist and will typically wear as little as she can get away with. She does not consider nudity inherently sexual, and does not consider sex shameful or taboo. It is simply the natural state.

  • She has a criminal record in Ul'dah, mischief classification. For public indecency.

  • That being said she dresses for the weather when appropriate.

  • She's developed something of an infatuation with the Sanguine Sirens in Limsa Lominsa and when she visits, can be found enjoying their little restaurant.

  • On the Books with the Adventurer's Guild. She holds no ties to any particular Grand Company but will rise up alongside them to defend Eorzea if they need adventurers. (She does not trust members of the Twin Adder however).

  • Adores dogs and wolves. Her clan raises wolves as hunting companions and steeds.

  • Her design is based on a Chartreux cat.
